As General Manager of Contact At Once!, Denise is responsible for global sales, marketing and operations of the automotive industry’s leading messaging platform for conversational commerce and Automotive Tango-the perfect combination of technologies, people and dealerships to create a friction-free and highly satisfying consumer experience for auto shoppers and customers.
Denise's previous roles includes being co-founder and the President of Retail at LotLinx, where she helped pioneer the creation of VIN-specific advertising. Denise’s history in digital automotive also includes her role on the original management team of Cars.com and later she launched the automotive vertical at Google. Denise is a graduate of the University of Illinois and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
John Williams joins Contact At Once! as the VP of Dealer Sales. He has led revenue growth in global sales teams as a Senior Director within the Microsoft cloud technology space for both new client acquisition and existing customer engagement experience, driving incremental increases in market share and customer spend. Previous roles include consultative senior executive sales leadership roles for ecommerce and mobile projects, and account-based business development as a senior software account manager with IBM. John is pursuing a Masters in Data Science at Georgia Tech and earned an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Ellis University, including professional certifications in sales over the past 20 years.
Marc, a respected authority in the messaging and customer relationship management areas, had the original idea that became Contact At Once!. Prior to founding the company, he spent 18 years at Accenture, building his reputation as a pragmatic innovator who delivers solutions to business problems and opportunities. He held leadership positions from Messaging Practice Leader to Electronic Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) Practice Leader and CRM Practice Technology Leader. Marc is a graduate of Clemson University.
Yuval is passionate about making people’s lives easier with technology. Heading the Contact At Once! Product House is a perfect way to live that passion, as he oversees all product development from R&D to product management and production. Prior to this, he led LivePerson's Big Data Product Group. Yuval’s over 20 years of product development experience also includes responsibilities as the VP of Products at C-Nario, Director of R&D at Nice Systems (responsible for developing their Interaction Analytics solutions) and more. Yuval holds a B.A. and M.Sc (cum laude) degrees in Comupter Science from the Interdisciplinary Center Israel.
Therese has extensive experience developing and executing marketing and communications strategies for technology companies, including the launches of multiple early stage software companies and fast-growing SaaS solutions providers. She began working with software companies during the high-growth phase of ERP and supply chain solutions and gained a reputation as a leader in the development of innovative direct marketing strategies. Therese holds a B.A. in Journalism from Western Kentucky University, is a member of Atlanta's High Tech Ministries and volunteers with community youth ministries.
Ed has been working with automotive dealers for over 27 years, championing many new services that “move the needle” for his customers. He helped pioneer the use of call tracking and measurements to increase sales and quantify the return on marketing during his seven years at Who’s Calling Inc. Ed began selling and coaching auto dealers on Contact At Once! services in 2006, finally joining the company as VP of Sales in April 2007. He holds a B.B.A in Marketing and Management from Temple University.
Kathy has spent most of her career helping dealerships connect more quickly and simply with automotive shoppers. Following account management and sales management positions at Cox Enterprises, Autotrader and AutoMatch, Kathy joined Contact At Once! over 7 years ago and has worked with our dealer community in sales management roles. Kathy's team is consistently recognized for providing outstanding customer service and excellent experiences with our messaging platform. Kathy has a BA in Family Studies from Kent State.
